Bellator 85 Weigh-in Results: Twin Title Fights Set

Patricio Pitbull vs Patrick Curran Bellator 85IRVINE, Calif. – The Bellator 85 weigh-ins have been completed from Irvine’s Bren Center in preparation for Bellator’s Thursday night Spike TV debut, which features two World Title Fights, as well as the start of the Light Heavyweight Tournament.

Bellator MMA will be broadcast LIVE on Thursday, January 17th at 10:00 pm ET/9:00 pm CT on Spike TV, as well as in Spanish language on mun2. The preliminary card will begin at 8:00 pm ET/ 7:00 pm CT and streamed LIVE and FREE on

  1. Probably the best card Bellator has ever had

    • Hell yeah it is. Spike debut so they had to put on a stacked card.

      I think Curran will just be to much for Pitbull. However the Hawn/Chandler fight, man that one is going to be a beast. Hawn was nasty at 170 so if he can overpower and onerwhelm Chandler with his Judo, I think he wins the fight.

      Aaannnnddddd the return of Babalu. If he isn’t to rusty (only fought once in the last two years) I think he takes this fight with his wrestling and BJJ.

      Either way this should be an awesome free card.
