Bellator 60 Weigh-In Results

The Bellator 60 weigh-ins have been completed from Hammond, Indiana in preparation for Bellator’s Friday night event at Hammond’s Horseshoe Casino, which features the Featherweight Championship Title Fight as Bellator Featherweight Champion Joe Warren defends his belt against Summer Series Featherweight Tournament Champion Pat Curran as well as the quarterfinals of the Featherweight Tournament as Marlon Sandro faces off against Roberto Vargas, Mike Corey takes on Ronnie Mann, “Popo” Bezerra faces Kenny Foster and Daniel Straus squares off against Jeremy Spoon.

Bellator 60 will be broadcast LIVE on Friday, March 9 at 8:00 pm ET/7:00 pm CT on MTV2 and in commercial-free HD on EPIX. The preliminary action will begin at 7:00 pm ET/ 6:00 pm CT and streamed live around the world on

*Genair da Silva did not make weight and has been replaced by Kenny Foster. Foster will now take on “PoPo” Bezerra in the Featherweight Tournament.

  • Just read on the front page of Yahoo that Eric Oria was supposed to make his pro debut against Lance Surma on the undercard of this event but was AWOL from the weigh-in’s because he had an active warrant for his arrest.

    The article says Indiana State Police showed up to the weigh-in’s looking to take Oria into custody. Bjorn Rebney said Oria was scratched from the card before the weigh-in’s because of “physical problems.”
