BAMMA 8 will kick off the new deal with the show airing live on Saturday, Dec 10 from England.

The card features several top fighters from around the globe including top prospect Jimi Manuwa, as well as former Strikeforce contender Joey Villasenor and Bellator stand-out Jim Wallhead.

“We see a US TV partner as a major step in our growth as an organization and believe we have found the ideal partner in HDNet,” said David Green, CEO of BAMMA. “We are very excited about this new partnership and look forward to bringing some first class events to the US public”

The new deal starts with BAMMA 8 and BAMMA 9, which takes place in Fab 2012, will feature the promotional debut of former UFC fighter Nate Marquardt as he faces Yoshihiro Akiyama in the main event.

I think they should check with wonggfag before making any financial decisions. He is the only expert on earth that is smart enough to figure it out for these guys. As we ALL know, he has a college degree.

Hey guys, love what you do, but Nate is facing Yoshiyuki Yoshida, not Yoshihiro Akiyama, as you said. Akiyama is facing Jake Shields at UFC 144 in Saitama Japan.
