Radio returns Monday night at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT with an interview with UFC
lightweight champion B.J. Penn and a report from Ultimate Fighter 7
correspondent Matt Brown.

Penn has
returned to where it all began for him in the Ultimate Fighting Championship…
the lightweight division. Once considered one of the top fighters in the
category, he is currently the king of the 155-pound division in the Octagon.

He
dispatched Jens Pulver in his return to the category and then immediately
stepped in to defeat Joe Stevenson when the title was stripped from Sean Sherk.

On Saturday
night, Penn steps in to defend his belt from the man that it was taken from
outside of the Octagon… Sean Sherk.

The two
have been very vocal leading up to this fight due to many different factors,
but primarily dealing with Sherk’s suspension over alleged use of banned
substances in California. The focus on Saturday night at UFC 84, however, will
be on two of the top fighters in the division going head-to-head.

The Penn
vs. Sherk match-up has UFC president Dana White making comments like “this is
about history” and “people will be talking about this fight 50 years from now.”
Saturday night will tell the tale, but tonight, Penn gives his thoughts about
Sherk and the fight in an exclusive interview with MMAWeekly Radio.

Ultimate
Fighter 7 correspondent Matt Brown also joins the show tonight to give his
insider thoughts on the latest episode of The Ultimate Fighter.
