XFO returns on Saturday, Feb

XFO returns on Saturday, Feb. 23. Known as the "small show with big fights," X-treme Fight Organization will hold its 22nd event in Crystal Lake, Ill.

The night will play host to the return of Ultimate Fighter season one veteran Josh Rafferty, who is coming off an impressive 16-second TKO win over Drew Reed at XFO 20. Rafferty is on a three-fight winning streak and has won four of his last five bouts.  He is scheduled to face World Extreme Cagefighting veteran Kevin Knabjian, who will make his XFO debut on Saturday night in welterweight action.

Mike Stumpf returns after suffering his first professional loss in his last XFO appearance, an unsuccessful attempt to take Ryan Williams' XFO welterweight belt.

Taking the amateur mixed martial arts scene by storm and impressing the crowds with powerful slams is rising star Pat Curran. The younger cousin to WEC contender and one of the top featherweights in the world, Jeff "Big Frog" Curran, Pat Curran will make his professional MMA debut as he takes on the hard-hitting and aggressive Lazar Stojadjnovic of Team Moto.
